Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use an esim.global travel eSIM. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

esim.global is operated by Intergo Telecom Ltd, a company based in Paphos, Cyprus (EU) (“we”, “us”).

2. The service

We provide prepaid mobile data plans delivered as an eSIM profile, and in some countries an optional phone number add-on for calls and SMS. Coverage is provided through partner mobile networks in each destination. Speeds and coverage depend on those networks, your location and your device, and are not guaranteed.

3. Your device

You are responsible for making sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy. Our compatibility pages are a guide only; the manufacturer’s and your carrier’s information prevails.

4. Orders and delivery

After payment we email your eSIM QR code and installation instructions. Keep the QR code private: anyone who has it may be able to install your eSIM. An eSIM profile can usually be installed only once.

5. Validity and activation

Each plan has a data allowance and a validity period. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination, unless the plan page says otherwise. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried over or refunded.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each plan page and include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid for. The phone number add-on is billed monthly until you cancel.

7. Fair and lawful use

You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, for sending spam or bulk messages, for reselling without our written permission, or in a way that harms our networks or partners. We may suspend a plan or number that is used in breach of these terms or where the law requires it.

8. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network outages, natural disasters or government action, or for indirect losses. Where the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact support@esim.global first so we can try to resolve any issue.
